    ATM machine was available only at drive thru.
    Waited 20 minutes due to lines of cars waiting for drive thru service.
    Well, the ATM machine was out of order.

    I had to park my car and went into the teller.
    The teller was absolutely rude and obnoxious.
    Not even a nod of hello or thank you.
    Just pointed me back to ATM, and said "cash at ATM".

    This is THE WORST local bank in the area.
    No wonder they were sold.

    I will be closing my account.
