- Dan Africk★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The store has a pretty good selection, but like most large hardware stores, the staff can be hit or miss. Some staff are wonderful, others are impatient or not very knowledgeable.
The worst thing that I've experience at this (and most hardware stores) is when staff refuse to say the words "I don't know". If I ask a question especially a more technical one, it's perfectly fine for an employee to say "I don't know", but what's not acceptable is for them guess or to waste my time telling me obvious things I already know. But that's certainly not unique to this store.
Also, there seem to never be enough carts available for large items, and staff won't help you find one.
That said, overall it's a great place to find what you need. There's also a bigger selection on the store's website which you can have shipped to the store for free, and if you sign up for the credit card you can get good coupons discounts.
